Freshness Shipping Schedule

To help ensure our cookies arrive as fresh as possible, Angel Gurlz Cookies ships orders on Mondays thru Wednesday only.

Orders placed after our weekly shipping cutoff may be held until the next shipping day. This helps prevent packages from remaining in carrier facilities over the weekend, which can affect freshness and product quality.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver the best possible homemade cookie experience.

Orders are shipped through USPS. ​

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Angel Gurlz Cookies.

Shipping Locations

Angel Gurlz Cookies currently ships within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Angel Gurlz Cookies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the damaged package

• Photographs of the damaged product

We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Our cookies are baked fresh and packaged carefully; however, weather conditions during transit may affect product appearance and texture.

Angel Gurlz Cookies is not responsible for changes caused by extreme heat, cold, or shipping delays beyond our control.
